This is a beautiful fireplace design we came up with for the customer. 
The columns are out of a leather style granite, and the tile is out of a brick style tile. 
The granite work on this fireplace has 22 sections and we made it flow flawlessly.

Our customer bought an old home that had a bedroom that had a window that didnt meet egress code. We stepped in and installed a new window, after we adjusted the frame to fit the new window.
We also make a window well out of concrete for the customer.

We did some grading in the back yard, and dirt removal and haul off,
We installed a retaining wall and a drain, and installed a gravel driveway and compacted it.

This home didn’t have a direct for the dumpster to be near by, also the home already had 2 shingle layers on it that we removed. We also cut in a ridge vent in and installed it to increase the airflow in the attic space. 
Some of the roof trusses were belly’d downwards do to a heavy roof previously,
so we removed some plywoods and straightened them pit and re supported them to avoid them from caving in again.

This is a 2 story home in the front and 3 story house in the back with a 9/12 pitched Roof, we removed the old shingles amd disposed of them. We inspected the roof and the shingles were dried up. We upgraded the customers roof to a 30year limited lifetime shingle warrenty shingle. We installed all new synthetic membranes and all new ice and water. As we worked on the roof we inspected all the plywood to make sure it was in great shape.

This customer had a bad slope towards the house and the gutter system wasn’t draining properly. Whater was getting into the crawl space and we provided the cuatomer with the solution of installing a Drywell system and connecting the gutters to drain into the dry well system.

The customer had a odd size double door and he wanted this alderwood door installed in it’s place. We had challenges with the framing that we addressed and got the door to fit and working up to the factory specifications.

This was a challenging property, the customer wanted to increase the landscaping view in his back yard and wanted a curved and stamped walkway with steps. And retaining the right slopes for water flow. 
The job was executed perfectly and the customer is happy!

We needed to remove some concrete from the back yard for the customer and do some grading before the landscaping project could start and we did exactly that.

A real estate sale was on hold and about to fall apart. Our company stepped in and helped save the deal. We ended up removing the old ripped moisture berrier that was ripped apart by a racoon and we installed a brand new berrier and we also repaired all the damaged ductwork in the crawl space.

The customer runs his business from his garage, amd he wanted to be able to have his packages come in in a weather controlled area and out of sight from the street. And this worked out really well for them. And the product looks beautiful!

We had to dig through deep soil in the back yard and haul away the dirt. We did all that with a minimal disturbance to the yard itself.

We converted An old laundry roon that had a lot of windows in it into a master bathroom. We used a mixture of 12x24 tiles and 24x48 tiles and we wrapped the whole room with tiles. All the grout lines and all the wallpaper style tiles all lined up perfectly. We are really pleased with the results.

Some of the challenges that we overcame in this project was we had to do a curbless shower on a concrete slab. And make sure the plumbing is all done correctly and had the proper slopes. 
But it was no match for our plumbers.
We also installed new window and a stand free bathtub. A new vanity and worked hand in hand with all the trades to make sure everything lined up perfectly.

This was a sloped property and the home owner was concerned about him driving off the driveway into his naighbors back yard. 
We built a fence for them out of concrete blocks. Amd we reinforced it with rebar heavily. Both neighbors can now sleep calmly that they are safe.

We installed the masonry stone around the fireplaces and an accent wall on the exterior. 
It was a prefect accent for the house and gave the house a lot of extra charm!

Out with the old amd in with the new.
New bathtub.
New tiled surround tile size is 24x48 with a shower niche.
New exhaust fan, new plumbing done by a licensed plumber,
New vanity and a light and fog resistant mirror. 
New vanity light, we installed all the hardware, shiplap. We repainted the full bathroom.
